Following is the layout of class rooms:
G = Ground floor - Room nos. G01 and G02
I Floor = First floor - Room nos. 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106 and 107
II Floor = Second floor - Room nos. 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206 and 207
III Floor = Third floor - Room nos. 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306 and 307
IV Floor = Fourth floor - Room nos. 400, 401, 402, 403 and 404
Seminar hall = Adjacent to library on Ground floor
Room no. 200 = Auditorium block 2nd floor
Room no. 300 = Auditorium block 3rd floor
Wash rooms are available on all floors.

GUIDELINES FOR I PUC ONLINE CLASSES

Dear Parent / Student,
The novel Corona virus pandemic represents an unprecedented disruption to all spheres of human life. We need to combat COVID-19 with resilience... We successfully reaffirm a strong relationship with our primary stakeholders - students and commence Online classes shortly.

  • Online classes enable academic rigour among students... It is to keep students engaged in serious academic work. Parents are requested to encourage your wards to attend the classes regularly.

  • This is a tentative arrangement during this critical time and not an alternative for classroom teaching. The mode, timings and duration of teaching may change depending on the norms of the Government /Pre University Board of Karnataka.

  • The college has registered with MICROSOFT TEAMS as the Online platform for the teaching-learning process... All students will be provided with a registered Microsoft Teams ID and First time Password. It will be posted in our college website http://www.mountcarmelpucollege.org on 15th of August, 2021.

  • Students are expected to strictly abide by the instructions given by the College with respect to online classes…….Violations of any kind will be viewed seriously.

  • Parents are requested not to interrupt the online sessions or hold any discussion with lecturers during online classes.

  • Kindly direct your suggestions, grievances and feedback to the Administrator/Principal through an email admin@mccpuc.in

  • Attendance will be taken during each session... Encourage your wards to be regular to the classes.

  • Students unable to participate in online classes due to lack of facilities, kindly inform your respective subject lecturers.

Students kindly note
Make a note of your Login ID and First Time Password which will be available on the website.

  1. All students are asked to mute their microphones while attending the online classes and unmute when you have some doubts / questions.

  2. In case of a doubt / query you may use 'Raise hand’ feature available on Microsoft Teams to draw the attention of the lecturer.

  3. In case you get disconnected from the online session at any point of time please go back to the login and click on the link to join the class... (Note: Your sessions are automatically recorded by Microsoft Teams and your entry and exit during the session will be traced).

  4. You are expected to attend the classes regularly and complete the assigned work on time.

  5. Your college Register number and name will be visible on the screen once you join the class.

KINDLY FINISH WITH THE FOLLOWING STEPS IN ADVANCE

STEP: 1
Download and install MS Teams application on your device (Desktop / Laptop / Tab/Mobile) by visiting the given link https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/microsoft-365/microsoft- teams/download-app

STEP: 2
Sign in to the application using your student login credentials as provided in our college website (Note: You will be asked to reset the given password and set a new password which you will be using for future interactions... Your new password must be of atleast one capital letter, small letter and special symbol with number. Remember this new password).

STEP: 3
After logging into MS Teams successfully, click on TEAMS tab on your left hand side and choose your respective class on the right hand side of the application.

STEP: 4
Click on the scheduled TEAMS DEMO and click JOIN (right hand top corner) then click JOIN NOW.
