Admission Checklist
(SSLC/ICSE/CBSE ON THE DAY OF YOUR RESPECTIVE RESULTS)

1. Click on the link below and submit the application form ONLINE, with a payment of Rs. 25/- (Application Fee).
Application Link: https://mccpuc.in/mccapp/ 2. Take a print out of the application form that you have submitted online.
3. Check the college Notice Board/website www.mcpuc.edu.in for the cut off percentage updates and Admission process.
4. Cut off percentage will keep changing (ascend or descend) based on availability of seats.

NOTE:
• In case of any discrepancy with documents, the right to cancel the allotted seat solely resides with the Management.
• STUDENTS WHO FILLED ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM EARLIER NEED TO FILL THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM BY CLICKING THE ABOVE LINK AFTER THEIR RESPECTIVE X STD. RESULTS.

We request you to kindly be prepared to allocate one complete day to complete the admission procedure.

Admission procedure for WALK-IN candidates
Step 1: Validation of Cut-off percentage and issue of token number - Students wait in a queue to avail token numbers.
Step 2: Scrutiny of marks card & certificates.
Step 3: Verification of documents.
Step 4:Payment of College Fee is to be done Online on confirmation of Admission.
• Kindly Equip yourself to do the payment on the spot.
• Mode of Fee payment is through: Internet Banking/UPI Payment/QR code Payment.
• After Payment of Fee, within 24 Hrs. the receipt will be mailed to the Registered Authentic Email ID shared in your application form.

Admission procedure will take time (around 5-6 hours). Kindly Cooperate with patience.

ISSUE OF TOKEN
ISSUE OF TOKEN NUMBER DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION TO I PUC. As it is FIRST-CUM FIRST SERVE BASIS (Based on cut off percentage along with availability of seats).

ADMISSION IS CONFIRMED IF ALL DOCUMENTS ARE FOUND TO BE AUTHENTIC (AS PER DETAILS FILLED IN THE APPLICATION FORM) AFTER THE SCRUTINY PROCESS.

• Walk-in Interview is based on cut- off and availability of seats.
• Cut-off list will be displayed in our college website ( www.mcpuc.edu.in ).
• Cut-off list will be updated periodically. It can change every hour.

ARRANGE THE DOCUMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:
1. Printout of application form with latest photograph (NOT IN School Uniform)
2. Transfer Certificate (Original TC)
3. Photocopy of X std. Marks Card
4. Photocopy of Hall Ticket
5. Photocopy of Aadhar Card
6. Passport Size Photograph - 2
7. Photocopy of Category Certificate (if any)
8. Photocopy of Income Certificate (if any)
9. For Roman Catholic (RC) – Baptism Certificate (Copy)
Parish Priest Letter (Original)
10. For Christian (CHR) – Baptism Certificate (Copy)
Church Letter (Original)

Note:
Carry a black microtip marker pen along with you.

PAYMENT OF COLLEGE FEE
Payment of College Fee is to be done Online on confirmation of Admission.
• Kindly Equip yourself to do the payment on the spot.

NO PARKING FACILITY ON CAMPUS (2 Wheeler & 4 Wheeler) VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CONSERVED ROAD.

FRENCH AS A LANGUAGE
STUDENTS, WHO OPT FOR FRENCH LANGUAGE, SHOULD HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF FRENCH. I PUC FRENCH LESSONS START WITH PROSE AND POETRY DIRECTLY.
